PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payments can be made by credit card, direct credit or by cheque.

Credit card -
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex credit cards. Please ring us on 09 271 3656 if you want to pay by credit card or use the Pay Pal system in our shop section.

Direct Credt
Please transfer amount required to Bank Account No.  010190 0201478 00

Cheques -
Please make cheques payable to Bright Ideas ELB Ltd.
Please post your cheque to Bright Ideas ELB Ltd, PO Box 72-182, Papakura.  Your order will be processed as soon as your payment has been received or your cheque cleared.

Delivery
Delivery is charge free. Please allow 2-4 working days for your order to arrive. If we have not notified you of any delays and your order has not arrived in this time please contact us on alan@brightideas.co.nz.

If an item is out of stock you will be notified by email and it will be put on back order for you. The item will be sent out to you as soon as it is back in stock. We will notify you of the wait time on any out of stock items. You have the option to cancel your back order.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely happy with your purchase you may return it to us for an exchange with in 7 days of receipt of your order. All items must be unused and in original packaging. You will be charged a delivery fee for the re-shipment of exchanged items. In the case of a faulty product or a mistake on our part you may choose to have your purchase exchanged or refunded, no delivery fee will be charged.
